Stuffed Peppers

To follow up on the last post... here are photos of  my stuffed peppers.

The stuffing before adding tomato sauce. Yum!



Ready for the oven. Why do I always only take pictures of food before baking!?! A sprinkle of cheese just before they are done and delicious.
