The boys and I have had a great time making use of all of the yummy things in our garden. The apples trees have been great fun for climbing and we have apples to show for it. We've done some berry picking at the bus stop too. Here is the list so far...
Blackberries- blackberry cake (Recipe on blog here)
Apples- stewed (apple sauces) and apple butter
Elderberries- Jam... tried to be clever and use less sugar and had to recook as didn't set
